Running Late to your Appointment?
If you find yourself running late to your appointment please send a text to your service provider and they will let you know if they still have time to service you . (661-494-6256) All appointments have a 7 minute grace period. If they aren’t able to service you due to tardiness the appointment will be canceled and card on file will be charged 50% of the service(s).
Last minute cancellation/rescheduling
Although life happens and unexpected things come up last minute cancellations can affect your service provider’s schedule.
For this reason any appointments that need to be rescheduled last minute under 24 hours is considered a cancellation. Any last minute cancellations( less than 24hrs before your scheduled appointment) will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked.
No Call/No Shows
If you know you aren’t able to make it to your appointment please reach out to your service provider. All no call no shows will have their card on file charged 50% for their missed appointment. If two no call no shows are done back to back you will be unable to schedule a new appointment.
Disclaimer
We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your whole service.A new deposit will be needed to create a new appointment.
Deposits
Deposits are made to hold a time slot for the client. Deposits do go towards the appointment unless the appointment was canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session. In those cases the deposit would be forfeited.
