Sofia is the face behind Hypnotic Esthetics. Graduated back in 2021 from Lancaster Beauty School she decided it would be best to go solo and follow her passion of becoming an Esthetician that specializes in Brazilian Waxing.

    “Growing up I was always insecure about my body hair. I tried to start finding ways to get rid of my leg,arm and underarm hair in middle school. I hated the itchiness shaving made me feel so I decided to start researching other hair removal methods. I soon discovered waxing and fell in love with the results ever since. Waxing has always been my go to hair removal method and started doing it more for fun. It got to the point where I would ask my friends and family if I could wax them.

    As time went on and growing into a young adult I started to realize body hair is nothing to be ashamed about. We should remove or keep our hair because we want to not because the people around us do.”

    During mid pandemic Sofia had the idea to start a waxing business. Although she was scared of the unknown she had people by her side supporting her and helped push her to start her business. In January 2021 that’s when Hypnotic Esthetics was born.
